It’s about time you felt confident and in control when it comes to panic.

This is specialized therapy for people struggling with panic who finally want to get their freedom back

Do you ever avoid places that you’ve had a panic attack before and wonder why the panic attacks seem to come out of the blue?

Your panic attacks are definitely not fun. Most days, you’re monitoring your body for any signs that a panic attack might be coming. You’re too busy planning out how you’ll get out of a party to even think about enjoying yourself with people and being present in a conversation. You end every day trying to anticipate what make you anxious tomorrow and trying to prevent it.

You wish you could just say yes to dinner invitations without having to worry about how you might feel when that day comes. You want to stop avoiding coffee, stop asking your partner to go with you everywhere, and feeling confident instead of keyed up. You’re ready to start therapy so you can learn how to get your life back from fear.

You’re in the right place. And I’m so glad you’re here.

You know that you want to be able to stop avoiding things out of fear, but you still feel nervous that therapy might not work. You’re ready to stop constantly being on edge, having panic attacks, and feel confident in yourself again. But before you can get your life back from fear, you need help figuring out where to start. Let’s give you the step by step process and support you need to overcome panic!

Hi, I’m Michelle!

I’m here to help you get your life back from panic.

I believe every person deserves to live a life that’s not blocked by constant panic attacks or avoidance. So if the thought of finally being able to say yes to that vacation you have been wanting to go on and not having to worry if a panic attack will get in the way make you want to kiss your laptop screen then, I’m so glad you’re here.

Because I’m not treating this like an hour of therapy where we just chit chat and I collect a fee. I’m treating this like you trusting me to help you map out step by step how you’re gonna take your life back from panic for good! No judgment. No wondering if your therapist really understands what they’re doing.

Let’s do this thing!

So how does this work?

Step 1:

➢    Book an Intro Call

Book an intro call and I’ll talk with you before you decide to book so you can see if we’re a good fit. I’ll ask you about how panic is showing up for you and impacting your life, and you can ask me what therapy looks like with me and if I think I can help. It’ll be conversational with no pressure to commit. And at the end either we’ll book a session or I’ll put you in contact with someone who is a better fit.

Step 2:

➢    Schedule Your First Session

If we sound like a good match, you’ll schedule a session to get on my calendar! Then, you’ll complete some standard intake paperwork through my client portal online prior to the first session.

Step 3:

➢    Let’s get your life back from panic!

At the first session, I’ll ask questions to learn more about you as a person and your specific experience with panic, I’ll identify your strengths going in, and I’ll decide the best path to get you to your specific goals. All you have to do is show up. By the time we’re done, my goal is for you to feel heard and hopeful that we can make the changes you want to finally get your life back from panic.

Say goodbye to panic

Panic disorder is NOT a weakness, in fact if you take the time to understand how it works, it actually makes total sense. You are trying to protect yourself from having another panic attack, but the problem is that avoidance isn’t protection, it’s just a delay. And unintentional byproducts of avoidance are that it whacks your confidence and self trust.”
